Get5Bass Team Series Tournament set for March 8th on Lake Dardanelle
​
The first Get5Bass Team Series Tournament of 2026 is set for this Sunday, March 8th, on Lake Dardanelle. We will launch and weigh-in at Illinois Bayou Park. Tournament hours will be 7:00 AM (or safe light) - 3:30 PM. The entry fee is $100.00. Thanks to BMT Outdoors Big Bass Award, this event will payback well over 100% of entry fees. 1 in 4 teams will get a check. Frank will be at Illinois Bayou Park at 5:45 AM to collect entry and membership fees. CASH ONLY please!!!

Please be advised that I recently moved the tournament scheduled for May 3rd to May 24th. This move was necessary to avoid a conflict with our sponsor, Horizon Trike and Marine, who has a special two-day tournament scheduled for May 2nd and 3rd. Also be aware that the potential for heavy rainfall is forecast for this week. As of now, they are saying 2 - 3 inches of rain is predicted. This should not interfere with the tournament on the 8th, but just in case they miss the forecast and we get more than predicted, check back with the website later this week for any changes.

Get5Bass has a new YouTube Channel!!!
​
Hey y'all it's Frank from Get5Bass. I took a trip back to Michigan last August to fish where I grew up in Southeast Michigan. It inspired me to start a YouTube channel! I've uploaded to videos to date Lake St. Clair Target Weight and Get5Raw - Lake Dardanelle.
The Target Weight video's feature more editing and sometimes multiple camera's. The premise for the Target Weight video's is to set a weight that I believe would get in check range and try to catch 5 that hit that weight.
The Get5Raw videos feature less editing and are generally shot from just a chesty cam. I don't set a target weight, but as always I try to put 5 in the boat.
I'll be uploading 2 videos a week for the next month or so. I've got the following in the cue:

Get5Bass.com Announces 2025 Get5Bass Team Series Details
Get5Bass is proud to announce the 2025 Team Series Schedule (see below). Each event is a team tournament (no more than two anglers per boat or anglers may fish alone) with a $100.00 entry fee that includes big bass. The Team Series membership fee is $25.00 per angler. Payout for all tournaments will be over 100% payback of entry fees in cash with 1 in 4 anglers taking home a check. Huge Thanks to Horizon Trike and Marine and BMT Outdoors for their support of the 2025 Team Series!!! Here are some details:
* A $1,000 Cash Bonus will be added to the 1st place team's winning check at the Team Series Championship, courtesy of Horizon Trike and Marine.
* Each event features the $100 BMT Outdoors Big Bass Award Courtesy of BMT Outdoors. This makes it possible to payback over 100% of entry fees at each event.
* Get5Bass will pay $500 to the team winning the AOY award at the conclusion of the Team Series Championship weigh-in.
​* No A-rigs, umbrella rigs, etc. will be allowed during Team Series competition.

Get5Bass is proud to announce the details of the 2024 Get5Bass Team Series. The entry fee for each event is $100.00 per team. As the name states, these tournaments are team events, but an angler may fish alone (entry still $100).

Get5Bass Team Series Tournament - 04/06/25: Advisory
​
The weather forecast for this week does not look good. There is a very good chance we could get 6+ inches of rain over a four day period beginning Wednesday and ending Saturday. Get5Bass is looking at the following options for the Team Series Tournament scheduled for 04/06/25 (Sunday):
​
1.) The weather man is wrong and we receive far less rainfall than predicted. This scenario means the tournament will proceed as planned.
​
2.) We receive substantial rainfall and the river jumps to 150,000 cfs. This will mean heavy debris in the river channel making boating less safe. However, the backwaters are still fishable with little floating debris. In this case, we will have a trailered weigh-in.
