Bob and Drew Dawson Win the R&H Winter Bass-O-Thon Tournament on Norfork Lake
Drew and Bob Dawson Win on Norfork Lake!!!
The 3rd event of the 2009-2010 season of the R&H marine Winter Bass-O-Thon was held out of Panther Bay January 2nd and 44 teams faced a brutal cold day of fishing with highs reaching 28 and a 13 degree take off. The lake has came up 2 feet to settle in at 7' above power pool and surface temps dropping to 42 in the creeks and river with plenty of stain. Main lake temps were steady at 48 degree's and the COE has stopped pulling water to prevent excessive flooding in the southern part of the state. The buck brush still lines the banks and the fishing has turned tough for most.
