Get5's Terrance Narveson Wins the Wal-Mart BFL Regional
(Co-Angler) on Kentucky Lake
Terrance Narveson takes the trophy and a fully-rigged Ranger
back to Arkansas !!!!!

The BFL Regional was held at Kentucky Lake/ Barkley Lake. Brain
Fitzpatrick won the Boater side and I won the Co-Angler side. The Boater
won the truck and boat, and Co-angler won a Boat. Here is a little about how
the guys caught their fish on the boater side.
Brian Fitzpatrick - 41.11lbs
He was making the long run up the river past Paris fishing matted Grass.
His pattern started to fade by the end of the tournament but it was just
enough to edge out Gabe.
Gabe Herrington - 40.14lbs
Gabe had fish located on ledges but when the tournament kicked off his fish
were gone. He then scrambled and found some fish in grass as well. This
spot proved to be a great honeyhole for him and it got him to the 12 man cut.
His final day he fished the same pattern in the grass and came in with a
great sack that brought him up from 9th to Second. Great job Gabe.
Jason Slagstad - 40.12lbs
Jason was also fishing the grass down by Paris. He commented that his fish
changed patterns for him throughout the tournament and he adjusted and
still found enough for third.
Co-angler Winner
Terrance Narveson -25.11lbs
I fished a different pattern each day of the tournament and I was fortunate
enough to get the right bites and win the boat. For more info on how I caught

Overall 5 anglers from Arkansas qualified for the All American tournament
to be held at Molline, Illinois in May next year.
