Tournament on Lake Hamilton
Rick Duren and Lauren DaDeaux Win on Lake Hamilton!!!

(March 14, 2010) – Lake Hamilton, Hot Springs, Ar)... The first tournament
for Arkansas’s Couples opened with sunny to partly cloudy conditions with
temperatures in the 40’s and 10-15mph winds out of the west. The 33 couples
caught 98 fish weighing 171.82 lbs with 13/5 fish limits.
1st - Rick Duren and Lauren DeDeaux used Carolina rigged Lizards in ditches
to weigh 5 bass at 13.03lbs to win the tournament and earn $1000
2nd Place
Second were Cliff and Kathy Crowder, they used 5/16 Sloan Crazy pumpkin
jigs in pockets to weigh 11.56 and earn $600.
3rd place
Third were William and Amber Hope. They used jerkbaits and crankbaits to
catch 11.26 lbs and earn them $500 for their efforts.
Big Bass
A 6.92 pound Lunker was caught by Jason Powell and Lindsey Fields on a
Jackall chartreuse shad Squirrel 79DD jerkbait.

The next Arkansas Couples tournament will be the April 18 at Lake Ouachita
out of Crystal Springs Resort.
