Barry Aldridge and Ted Kerley Win the Angler's Choice
Tournament on Norfork Lake
Barry Aldridge and Ted Kerley Win on Norfork Lake!!!

The Northern Division held its first tournament at Norfork in Mountain
Home, Arkansas this past week. The lake experienced a large shad kill,
which usually means fishing is about to take a turn for the worst but
someone forgot to tell our teams they came out and wacked'em! The
"Real Deal Custom Tackle" team of the tournament; Barry Aldridge and
Ted Kerley take the point lead and 1st Place with an impressive limit for
a total weight of 14.93 lbs "Great job!!". The 2nd Place team of David
Wooten and Chris Richardson weighed in at 13.48 lbs with four fish.
They said it was a tough day and couldn't hook that fifth keeper. 3rd
Place and the Bassmedics.com team of the tournament award went to
Waco Johnson and Fred Hale No Photo Available with a limit of five fish.
Waco and Hale received a bottle of Rejvenade to help keep his future
catches fresh and improve the weights. Big Bass of the tournament and
4th Place went to the team of Wesley Rogers and Henry McGuffey with a
total weight of 9.34 lbs and Big Bass 5.96 lbs.
Norfork is seeing larger sacks and larger single fish weights this year. I
expect to see several 20 pound plus sacks in the next few months. The
next Northern Division tournament is scheduled to be held at Bull
Shoals-125 Access on March 20th. I hope to see our field of teams
expand and compete in one of the top Team Trails in the nation,"US
Angers Choice". Let's go fishing!!
