Glenn Eastwood and Jonathan Evans Win the Sherwood Bass
Club Tournament on the Arkansas River@Pine Bluff
Jonathan Evans and Glenn Eastwood Win on the Arkansas River!!!

A total of 31 teams fished the 7th tournament of the year for Sherwood Bass
Club. Most teams caught fish and there were 12 5-fish limits weighed,
which was not a bad day considering the hot temp’s.
The team of Glenn Eastwood/Jonathan Evans came in with a weight of 15.26
lbs to win the tournament. Below is a break down of the top 3 weights:
1st Place Team of Glenn Eastwood/Jonathan Evans said they caught their
fish in the harbor and on the main river using blood line and Red shad
worms.
2nd place - Gary Hubble and Joey Korte
2nd place Team of Gary Hubble/Joey Korte 15.19 lbs said they caught their
fish on the main river using topwater and jigs.
3rd - Hoyt Akins and Doug Thompson
3rd place Team of Hoyt Akins/Doug Thompson 15.04 lbs said they caught
their fish on the main river using sweet beavers in current.
Balance of the top ten was:
4. Brad Patterson/Bryan Cox - 14.88 lbs
5. Ken Kesner/Ronnie Ripple - 13.88 lbs
6. Kevin Thompson/Matt Greer - 13.42 lbs
7. Brett Rogers/Steve Henderson - 12.28 lbs
8. Alan Petlak/Greg Meador - 12.25 lbs
9. David Hargett/Jack Wood - 11.40 lbs
10. Jeff Grappe/Jeff Glymp - 10.18 lbs.

Big bass of the Day went to Jeff Grappe/Jeff Glymp with a 6.36 toad.
Total payout for the day including big bass was $1550.
