Dardanelle Bass Club Wins the River Valley Shootout on Lake

Dardanelle Bass Club: David Wood, Tom Phillips, Brian Miller,
Mike Rhinehart, Jimmy Hepp, and Terry Mitchell - 30.67lbs

The River Valley Shootout was held this Sunday on Lake Dardanelle and
the Dardanelle Bass Club ran away with the top spot. The Dardanelle Bass
Club had 30.67lbs combined weight to take this year's honors and bragging
rights home with them. Each team contributed to the total but it was Terry
Mitchell and Jimmy Hepp that put the "nail in the coffin". They had the
days biggest sack at 13.16lbs topping teammates Brian Miller and Mike
Rhineharts sack of 10.69lbs. The bite was slow but anglers commented that
they caught plenty of small fish but had a struggle to find keepers. This is a
fun event and becoming a new tradition between the local bass clubs in the
River Valley.
