Zach King and Joey Fisher Win the River Valley Bass Club
Memorial Day Classic on Lake Dardanelle
Zach King and Joey Fisher Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!
Zach King and Joey Fisher topped 31 boats fishing the River Valley Bass
Club Memorial Day Classic on Lake Dardanelle by catching 10 bass that
weighed 36.18 pounds during the two-day event. Although the anglers had to
deal with two rainy days, the fish really bit and over half of the teams
brought in 10 pounds or better on day 1. Here's how the top 3 teams caught
their fish:
1st - Zach King/Joey Fisher - 36.18 pounds
Zach and Joey had a great weekend on the water. Their key baits were a
Bass Magic Swimbait, a Yum Money Minnow, and a Booyah Jig (3/8 oz;
Black/Blue). They caught 15 keepers on day 1 and 25 keepers on day 2.
2nd - Spencer Grace/Jared Allen - 31.13 pounds
Spencer and Jared fished a jig
(black/blue) around brush tops to
catch their fish. They commented
that day 1 was much better than day
2.

3rd - Jerry Watson/Donny Coffman - 28.12 pounds
Jerry and Donny caught about 20
keepers on day 1, all of which bit a
12" worm (purple). Day 2 was much
slower, and the duo had to switch to
a Zoom Speed Craw to catch their
bass.
