Brandon Satterlee wins Monticello Bass Club at Pool 2 of
the Arkansas River
Brandon Satterlee Wins on the Arkansas River!!!

Brandon Satterlee topped 22 anglers to take the win at Dumas on
Saturday, June 6. The river had been falling and the bite was on one
day and off the other. Everyone was hoping it was going to be one of
the days the bite was on. The bite was tough but there was some good
fish weighed in. Here is how the top 4 finishers caught their fish:
definitely
1st – Brandon Satterlee - 5 bass – 16.11 pounds
Brandon said he caught all his fish in Coal Pile on a jig and buzzbait.
2nd – Mike Morgan - 4 bass – 15.04 pounds
Mike said he caught his fish on Jewel Eakins jig and War Eagle
spinnerbait in the Annex.
3rd – Johnny Walker - 3 bass – 12.15 pounds
Johnny caught his toads on a chatterbait and buzzbait in Merrisach.
4th – Jeremy Risley - 5 bass – 11.11 pounds
I caught my fish on a Spro Bronzeye frog in a backwater of the main
channel of the river.
Big Bass – Johnny Walker/Adam Starks – 6.07 pounds
Johnny caught his fish on a buzzbait in Merrisach and Adam caught his
on a 10 inch worm in the Annex.
