Randy Allen and Wayne Dixon Win Midwest Sportsman
Tournament on Lake Dardanelle

     Wayne Dixon and Randy Allen Win again on Lake Dardanelle!!!

The duo of Wayne Dixon and Randy Allen topped 26 teams fishing the
Midwest Sportsman Tournament this Saturday on Lake Dardanelle by
weighing 5 bass that tipped the scales at 16.70 pounds. Wayne and Randy
have been hot of late, and this is their second consecutive tournament victory.
Overall, weights were down a bit but several good limits crossed the stage.
Here's how the top 3 teams caught their fish:

1st - Randy Allen and Wayne Dixon - 5 bass - 16.70 pounds

Randy and Wayne had a great day on the water and caught fish all day long.
They concentrated their efforts on the lower end of Dardanelle, where they
threw black and blue jigs off of drops to catch their fish.

2nd - Zac King and Shawn Gordon - 5 bass - 16.32 pounds

Zac and Shawn fished the middle to
lower section of Dardanelle. They
caught fish on War Eagle spinnerbaits,
crankbaits, and Booyah jigs (white)
which they threw around shallow
vegetation. They caught fish all day
and landed 13 or 14 keepers.

3rd place - Coleman and Wilcutt - 5 bass - 14.52 pounds

Coleman and Wilcutt caught their
fish off of drops, where they threw
Carolina rigged lizards (green
pumpkin). Their sack included the
day's big bass, a 5.07 pound lunker.
