Trey Huddleston and Dylan Hawkins Win Midwest Sportsman
Tournament on the Arkansas River
The duo of Trey Huddleston and Dylan Hawkins topped 18 teams fishing
the Midwest Sportsman Tournament this Saturday on Pool 7 of the
Arkansas River by catching 5 bass that tipped the scales at 16.37
pounds. Trey and Dylan concentrated their efforts in 2 backwater areas,
where they landed their fish on a spinnerbait (orange/chartreuse -
double Colorado blades).
Here are the top 7 finishers
1st - Huddelston/ Hawkins - 16.37 pounds
2nd - Strozak/Zachary - 11.96 pounds (also had big bass - 4.72 pounds)
3rd - Reehm/Sorrels - 11.08 pounds
4th - Coleman/Wilcut - 10.60 pounds
5th - Southard/Southard - 8.40 pounds
6th - Zachary/Fitzhugh - 8.06 pounds
7th - Osborn/Osborn - 7.30 pounds
