Glendary Carter Wins Metro Bass Club Classic on Arkansas River
Glendary Carter Wins the Metro Bass Club Classic !!!

Glendary Carter topped 35 club members fishing the Metro Bass Club Classic held on the
Arkansas river this weekend by bringing 23.26 pounds of bass to the scales over the two day
event. He claimed bragging rights to one of the largest bass clubs in the state of Arkansas with
95 members on it's roster.
1st place - Glendary Carter - 23.26 pounds
Glendary caught his fish in the Little Rock Pool. He fished rock in the main channel up to 1 PM
the first day, then moved to the back of jetties and found a school of fish on a hump. He
caught 12 pounds in half an hour the first day. The second day he fished main river channel
rock to catch four keepers to hang on for the win. He caught his fish on a War Eagle jig
(black/blue) and Bandit 200 series crankbait (Black).
2nd place - Mike Loggins
Mike Loggins fished main river rock and jetties in the Little Rock Pool. He threw Zoom finesse
worms (junebug color) and War Eagle jigs (brown/green) tipped with Zoom chunk trailers.
