Short Wins Mr. Bass of Arkansas Tournament on
                Lake Dardanelle
















                      Kevin Short and Ronnie Everett

Kevin Short topped the field of 77 boaters on Sunday by weighing 5 bass that totaled
19.37 pounds. Kevin caught 3 of his fish around pads on a SPRO Dean Rojas Frog, and
two on a WEC E1 Crankbait. He concentrated his efforts in the mid-lake area and took
home the $2,500.00 first-place prize.

2nd-Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams landed 5 bass
weighing 15.38 pounds to take
the second place prize. Ryan
landed 3 of his keepers on a
topwater frog and 2 on a
chatterbait. He focused his
efforts on the lower end of the
lake, and caught his fish

3rd-Teddy Bogard

Teddy Bogard landed 5 bass
weighing 15.20 to take 3rd place.
He caught his fish on a Carolina-
Rig on sand drops. He landed 7 or
8 keepers throughout the day.

1st-Amateur-Jim Eaton  

Jim Eaton won the amateur
division by landing 5 bass
weighing 10.76 pounds. He
caught his fish on spinnerbaits,
buzzbaits, and jig-head worms.
