Carl and Royce Davis Win on Lake Dardanelle !!!

The Greers Ferry Lake Bassmasters fished their sixth of seven qualifying
events this past Saturday on Lake Dardanelle. It was a very tough bite on
Dardanelle as only 3 of 38 teams managed to bring a limit across the scales.
Carl & Royce Davis won $1,000 for first place with 5 bass that weighed
14.14 pounds. Charles Holloway & Scott Latimer won $410.55 for second
with 5 bass weighing 13.28 while Brad Lewis and Larry Lewis finished third
with 5 bass that weighed 12.67 for $321.30.
Big Bass honors and $166.60 went to Larry Bane & Terry Kirkendoll for
their 4.97 pound bass.
The next GFLB tournament is at Greers Ferry Lake on October 25th. This
tournament will be held out of Devils Fork from 7 am - 3 pm.
The October 25th tournament is the "Wild Card Tournament". The top 5
teams in this event that do not finish in the top 25 for the year, will be
eligible for the "Classic". A team must have fished 6 of 7 tournaments to
be wild card eligible.
