Bill Fletcher and Buck Rodgers Win the Get5Bass Winter Series
Tournament on Lake Ouachita
Buck Rogers and Bill Fletcher Win on Lake Ouachita!!!

Bill Fletcher and Buck Rodgers topped the twenty boat field in the third
southern division tournament series on Lake Ouachita. You know the winter
time bite on Lake Ouachita is on in a big way when one of the best deep
fishermen in the state brings in the winning sack.
1st - Bill Fletcher/Buck Rogers - 5 bass - 18.81 pounds - $800.00
Bill and Buck commented that some of their fish came on an old jig and pig
but the majority came from the Fletcher special hair jig, fished between 60
and 35 feet.
2nd - Cody Kemp/Kevin Brown - 5 bass - 18.60 pounds - $480.00
Cody and Kevin threw the Spindarella rigged with 3 ½ inch swimbaits all day
and had to move around a lot to pick up the bigger fish.
3rd - Jeremiah Kindy/Timmy Poe - 5 bass - 17.70 pounds - $300.00
They commented they caught their two best fish on the Spindarella and the
rest came from a jig. Both baits were fished in 25 foot of water.
The rest of the money winners:
4th Danny Gwinn and Mike Dozier 17.20lbs $200
5th Don Vining 15.90lbs $120
6th Greg Carpenter and Carl Carpenter 15.50lbs $100
BB Greg Carpenter and Carl Carpenter 7.10lbs $100
