Danny and Sharon Waldo Win on Lake Dardanelle !!!
Danny and Sharon Waldo topped 31 teams fishing the second Get5Bass
Winter Series Tournament of the season by catching 5 bass that weighed
17.01 pounds. The bite was tough, but 7 teams managed to bring a 5 bass
limit to the scales. Here's how the top 3 teams caught their fish:
1st - Danny and Sharon Waldo - 5 bass - 17.01 pounds - $1,000.00
Danny and Sharon fished the Mid - Lake area and capitalized on an early
bite, as all of their bass were caught before 9:00 AM. The bulk of their fish
hit a Megabass 110 jerkbait, but they also weighed one fish caught on a jig.
They caught 6 keepers on the day.
2nd - Zach King/Shawn Gordon - 5 bass - 15.38 pounds - $550.00
Zach and Shawn caught their
fish on Excalibur Xr-50 lipless
crankbaits, Booyah HD Spinnerbaits,
and Booyah BabyBoo Jigs. They
had a slow start, but were able to
put 12 keepers in the boat by the
day's end.
