Kris Lott Wins the Get5Bass Summer Series Championship on
Lake Dardanelle
Kris Lott Wins on Lake Dardanelle!!!
Kris Lott topped 12 teams fishing the Get5Bass Summer Series
Championship on Lake Dardanelle by catching 5 bass that weighed an
impressive 20.39 pounds. The bite was good on Dardanelle with 6 teams
bringing a limit of fish to the scales. Here's how the top 3 teams caught their
fish:
1st - Kris Lott - 5 bass - 20.39 pounds - $800.00
Kris fished on the lower end of the lake, where he threw jigs and
spinnerbaits around the grass to catch his fish. His bagged was anchored by
the day's big bass, a 5.67 pound "giant", that earned him an additional
$100.00
2nd - Brad and Cameron Southard - 5 bass - 14.21 pounds - $300.00
Brad and Cameron used a variety
of baits to catch their bass.
Lipless crankbaits, spinnerbaits,
and jigs all put fish in the boat
for this duo. They fished the
middle section of the lake.

3rd - David James and Robbie Chavers - 5 bass - 12.45 pounds - $200.00
Robbie described their pattern as
"junk fishing". Buzzbaits, jigs,
lipless crankbaits, and spinnerbaits
all put fish in the boat. David
and Robbie fished the middle
section of the lake.

4th - Tony Rankin and Jerry Watson - 5 bass - 10.12 pounds - Maui Jim sunglasses

Tony and Jerry had an awesome
year on the water. Conditions were
tough but they dominated the field
en route to the Get5Bass Summer
Series "Angler of the Year" award.
For their efforts, they each received
a Dobyns 704 C Rod teamed with a
