Jared Allen and Wayne Dixon Win the Get5Bass Summer Series
Tournament on Lake Dardanelle

The Get5Bass Summer Series has come to a conclusion and with the
summer heat burning down during the last few night tournaments, it had
most fishermen staying inside watching the fishing shows. Saturday night,
Wayne Dixon and Jared Allen put a thumping on Dardanelle bass as they
brought in 19.55lbs and a goliath 5.61 pound big bass. When you close out a
season, that is the way to do it. They concentrated their efforts on the lower
end of the lake throwing big worms and spinnerbaits to get their fish.
Second Place and Anglers of the Year - Shawn Gordon/ Zach King - 16.73lbs
Shawn and Zach were throwing spinnerbaits and big YUM worms.
For winning the Summer Series Angler of the Year Award, they will receive
a Dobyns Rod and Quantum reel combo for their efforts.
Final Points Standings as of 08/14/10 - Top 10 teams will have their entry
fee for the Summer Series Championship paid for by Get5Bass.com. For

Now is the time to mark your calendar for the Summer Series Championship
on September 25th. This is an open tournament for Get5Bass members and
the entry fee is $50. We have prizes from Jackall and Big Bite Baits to be
given away as well as 100% of the entry fees.
