Zach King and Shawn Gordon Win the Get5Bass Summer Series
Tournament on Lake Dardanelle
Zach King and Shawn Gordon Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!

Thirteen Boats came out for one of the three night tournaments we will be
fishing in the next month. The summer heat was still going strong at takeoff
and it would be late into the night before the temps started to cool down.
One thing that stayed hot were the team of Gordon/King, as they lit
Dardanelle night fishing on fire with an impressive 23-pound sack of fish.
Here is how our top three anglers caught their fish this evening:
1st Place - 23.29lbs - Shawn Gordon/Zach King
Shawn and Zach caught a few fish in the daylight hours with crankbaits. As
night time hit they pulled out the heavy artillary (War Eagle Spinnerbaits)
and proceeded to pick off hog after hog.
2nd Place - 14.82lbs - Zach Reeves/Brian Cambell
Zach and Brian ran up the river to a hole with some grass and threw
rattletraps to get all their bites before it was dark.
3rd Place - 14.15lbs - Tony Rankin/Jerry Watson
Brushhogs and Jigs with an occasional worm produced their fish this
evening. They concentrated their efforts on the lower end of the lake.
Schedule Change for the last August Tournament. It will be moved to
Saturday August 14th, 6pm-2am.

Saturday August 7th, 6pm-2am
Saturday August 14th, 6pm-2am
