Jerry Watson and Tony Rankin Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!
Jerry Watson and Tony Rankin topped 24 teams fishing the 5th
Get5Bass Summer Series Tournament of the 2009 season on Lake
Dardanelle by catching 4 bass that weighed 12.79 pounds. It was a tough
evening on the lake and no 5-bass limits were brought to the scales.
Here's how the top 3 teams caught their fish:
1st - Jerry Watson and Tony Rankin - 4 bass - 12.79 pounds- $525.00
Jerry and Tony caught three keepers early on a Zoom Brushhog
(watermelon), but then the bite slowed way down. With 15 minutes to go,
Jerry hooked the night's big bass, a 5.95 pound "head", on a 10-inch
worm. The fish earned them an additional $75.00
2nd - Spencer Grace and Jared Allen - 3 bass - 9.78 pounds - $300.00
Spencer and Jared threw Carolina

lizards around channel swing
banks to catch their bass.
