Series Tournament on Lake Dardanelle
Tony Rankin and Jerry Watson Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!
Tony Rankin and Jerry Watson topped 24 teams fishing the 4th
Get5Bass Summer Series Tournament of 2009 by catching 5 bass that
weighed 12.54 pounds. It was another tough night of fishing but three
teams manged to bring 5 bass limits to the scales. Here's how the top
three teams caught their fish:
1st - Tony Rankin/Jerry Watson - 5 bass - 12.54 pounds - $525.00
Tony and Jerry's night started with a bang as they put 4 keepers in the
boat quick. There last keeper didn't bite until 8:45, but it was good
enough to get them the win. They caught all of their bass on plastic
worms (purple) that they fished on the lower end of the lake.
2nd - Stan and Alan Osbourne - 5 bass - 12.22 pounds - $300.00
Stan and Alan fished in Dardanelle
Bay. Their bass were caught on
black/blue jigs.

3rd - Spencer Grace/Jared Allen - 5 bass - 11.67 pounds - $125.00
Spence and Jared punched mats
with a Kicker Fish Kicker Kraw
(green pumpkin; 1/2 oz. weight)
to catch their bass. They caught
6 keepers during the evening.
