Zach King and Shawn Gordon Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!
Shawn Gordon and Zach King topped 27 teams fishing the Get5Bass
Summer Series Tournament on Lake Dardanelle by catching 5 bass that
weighed 18.51 pounds. The bite seems to be picking up a little on
Dardanelle and three 5-bass limits were brought to the scales. Here's
how the top 3 teams caught their fish:
1st - Shawn Gordon/Zach King - 5 bass - 18.51 pounds - $525.00
Shawn and Zach fished shallow, where they threw buzzbaits, frogs, and
jigs to catch their bass.
2nd - Tray Huddleston/Dylan Hawkins - 5 bass - 12.19 pounds
Tray and Dylan used Texas-rigged
creature baits to catch their bass.
They commented that a slow
presentation was necessary. Tray
