Russell Carothers and Bryan Callaway Win the Fishers Of Men
Tournament on Lake Dardanelle
Russell Carothers and Bryan Calloway Win on Lake Dardanelle!!!

1st place - Russell Carothers and Bryan Calloway - 5 bass - 17.66 pounds
Russell and Bryan were throwing Black and Blue Jigs around rocks all day.
They also had the day's big bass a 6.14 pound "Bug Eye". All their fish
came off the rocks on the lower end of the lake. The wind seemed to help
the bite as well.
Virgil Ellison and Tim Meeks
2nd place - Virgil Ellison and Tim Meeks - 5 bass - 14.94 pounds
They burned up the trolloing motor batteries fighting the wind fishing
rattle traps on the lower end of the lake. They caught their fish within
sight of the takeoff area.
Brandon Lee and Tyler Bray
3rd Place - Brandon Lee and Tyler Bray - 5 bass - 14.49 pounds
Brandon and Tyler went up river fishing natural rocks close to deeper water
to catch their fish. They were throwing Black and Blue jigs all day. "It was
the only way we could get our bites." Brandon said.

4th - Mel and Gene Davis - 5 bass - 12.24 pounds
5th - Wayne Dixon/Mike Zachary - 5 bass -11.61 pounds
