Glenn Eastwood and Jonathan Evans Win the Civitan "Hook a
Heart" Benefit Tournament on Lake Hamilton
Glenn Eastwood and Jonathan Evans Win on Lake Hamilton!!!
Glenn Eastwood and Jonathan Evans topped the field fishing the Civitan
Services "Hook a Heart" Bass Tournament by catching 5 bass that
weighed 10.96 pounds. The anglers fishing the event face a slow bite on
Hamilton, as the fish are in transition between summer and fall patterns.
Here's how the top 3 teams caught their bass:
1st - Glenn Eastwood and Jonathan Evans - 5 bass - 10.96 pounds
Glenn and Jonathan commented that all of their bass were caught from a
foot or less of water. They used Zoom Flukes (bubble gum) to win the event.
2nd - Eric Pinter and Rob Russow - 5 bass - 6.61 pounds
Eric and Rob started their day
throwing Strike King Redeye Shad
lipless cranbaits. They switched to
shakey head worms (Roboworm and
Gambler) later in the day to fill out
their limit.

3rd - Skipper Grise and Brad Snodgrass - 5 bass - 6.30 pounds
Skipper and Brad threw frogs all
day long. They commented that they
had a lot of short strikes, as the fish
