Baker and Evans Win 2006 BassCat Invitational

David Baker and Gary Evans of Allendale, Michigan topped 604 teams who endured almost
every type of weather condition possible at the 2006 BassCat Owners Invitational held this
weekend on Norfork Lake. The duo brought 10 bass to the scales weighing 25.51 lbs. during
the two-day event. Baker and Evans caught their fish Mojo-rigging soft plastics in 2-20 ft. of
water near the dam. Baker commented that most of their fish were 6-8 ft. deep and that they
caught over 25 keepers during the two-day tournament.
