Arkansas Wins TBF Regional Championship; Zach King
takes 2nd in the Tournament

Zach King will represent Arkansas at the TBF National
              Championship!!!

The 12 member team representing Arkansas at this past week's TBF
Regional Championship held at Francis Case Reservoir in South Dakota
narrowly defeated Oklahoma by 3 pounds to take top honors for 2008.
For their victory, the team took home $2,750 in winnings. Zach King
finished second overall in the tournament and earned the right to
represent Arkansas at the TBF National Championship in 2009. Zach will
be competing for the "Living the Dream" package, which includes free
entry fees for the FLW Series.

The tournament, which was originally scheduled for Lewis and Clark
Reservoir, was moved at the last minute due to water levels. The
Anglers only had one day to practice at Francis Case. According to Zach,
Francis Case was loaded with smallmouth, but size was a problem. With
the water temp at 61 F, Zach sight fished on day 1 and landed his limit
on a finesse worm. On day 2, the wind came up, and he switched to
burning a War Eagle Spinnerbait. He was able to catch a good limit on
the spinnerbait, but no one was prepared for the conditions on day 3.
"There were 10 foot rollers" King said, "I was lucky to put 3 fish in the
boat on day 3" King concluded.
Get5 congratulates Zach on this great
accomplishment!!!
